I don't know how I'm gonna make it out to everything.. But Im really gonna try... When you work 9 to 5 everyday... you reaaaally value your weekend time.. that's why I've had 3 good weekends in a row.. And I finally have time to chill with ALLLL of my friends.. (love u all).. so yeah.. catch me here and there this weekend! :)
FRIDAY:
I've never been to First Saturdays before.. and Emily had to go for her class so I decided to tag along.. First of all, I cant believe that an event like this is F R E E... but i dont ask questions lol.. We got there around 7:30 and the place was PACKED.. We couldnt decide where to go first so, Emily and I headed straight to the cafe..
There.. we had some bomb ass mac n cheese.. although it was tad salty (haha)
We headed upstairs and met up with Wordspit & Dave.. andddd thenn.. the non stop laughter began..
Definitely going back next month...
So last week was my Spring Break (late as hell because i go to a CUNY)... Emily and I were bored as fuck and decided to venture out into L.E.S. like we always do.. and she put me on to this teeny-tiny spot called Caracas... Authentic Venezuelan food.. Their man dish is a variation of Arepas, which is a flat, cornmeal patty... kinda like a burger bun.. but then they stuff it with plantains, spanish cheese, avacado and/or whatever else you want... sooo good... AND pretty damn cheap.. Less than $7 with a drink..
