So.. the Sneaker Culture Convention was dope... Its funny seeing 12 -14 year olds with OG jays & $200 SBs.. makes me want to step my game up (maybe)... While I was chillin in the balcony with Yours Truly's Jenny & Liz, there were some sneaker exchanges & performances goin on below.. In my opinion they were OK.. (lol at Rockstar Society taking over at the end) But one dude stood out.. NIKE NANDO i have no idea where he came from lol.. but i want to hear more..

I am a Cancer.. In general we are overly emotional people.. Me? Not so much.. I have my moments but I'm definitely not an emotional wreck... I'm very in touch with how I'm feeling at any given moment.. And lately I've been feeling soo many different emotions at once.. And its kind of hard to pinpoint who or what makes me feel a certain way...

For so long, I've felt indifferent when it comes to love, for obvious reasons of being hurt in the past and really just not wanting to deal/process ALL the emotions and bullshit that comes with it.. BUT..

Working for Yours Truly Brand brings soo many cool events my way.. This is where I'll be this Sunday from 12p-5p. The event is hosted by Deadstock Kicks and Solefood NYC (love the guys over there.. super funny). It's basically a buy-trade-sneakers type of event and Yours Truly will be there with tees for $10!

Food Obsession: Caracas

So last week was my Spring Break (late as hell because i go to a CUNY)... Emily and I were bored as fuck and decided to venture out into L.E.S. like we always do.. and she put me on to this teeny-tiny spot called Caracas... Authentic Venezuelan food.. Their man dish is a variation of Arepas, which is a flat, cornmeal patty... kinda like a burger bun.. but then they stuff it with plantains, spanish cheese, avacado and/or whatever else you want... sooo good... AND pretty damn cheap.. Less than $7 with a drink..
